Download a program called Astro file manager from the Google Play store Free link HERE http://adf.ly/ZF11R
If the download was just the APK the all you need to do is install the APK and intall it using Astro.
If the Download came with the Date Folder aswell as the APK.
1 - Install the APK
2 - After APK is Installed - Then Copy the DATE folder over in Full, You need to copy the folder not just the insides of it. the folder will normally look like this ''com.microids.google.garfieldkart'' (that is just an example the game name will be different but they alwasy start ''com.''
Put this folder in SD/Android/OBB or just Android/OBB (if you have no memory card) on your Device.
Then Launch Game and Away you go.
TIP. If a game does not work. Try putting the data folder on your phone memory and not on the SD card - I sometimes find this works better.
